Vinyasa Flow Classes
Sixty and seventy-five minute breath-led sessions running mornings, lunchtimes and evenings. Fourteen mats, three rooms, and hands-on adjustments from teachers who actually know your name.
Phone is best for anything urgent on the same day. Email suits booking changes and questions you want answered in writing. The form below works for both and lands straight with the studio manager.
Picked up between 7:00am and 8:00pm on weekdays. Outside those hours leave a voicemail and we will ring back the next morning.
The fastest route for membership pauses, class credits and anything you would rather have in writing.
Front entrance is step-free and the reception desk is staffed whenever a class is running.
Use the form for bookings, membership changes, workshop questions or anything else on your mind. The more detail you give, the faster we can help without a second email.
We sit between the CBD and Richmond, which means most people can reach the studio in under twenty minutes from anywhere in the inner east. Here is the practical breakdown.
East Richmond station is a five-minute walk. Exit toward Swan Street, turn left onto Cremorne Street, and the studio is on the north side between the bakery and the co-working space.
The 70 and 75 routes stop on Swan Street, roughly six minutes on foot from the studio. The 78 stops a little further up on Church Street if you are coming from South Yarra.
Two-hour street parking on Cremorne Street and unrestricted spots on the side lanes after 6:30pm. There is a paid car park off Balmain Street, a four-minute walk away.
Two covered racks on the north side of the building and one outside the neighbouring cafe. Bring a lock and you are set. No bike parking inside the studio, we simply do not have the floor space.
If you are still deciding between vinyasa and yin, both class pages cover what a first session actually looks like, who it suits and what you will need on the day.

Evenings
Six or seven shapes held on the floor for three to five minutes each, closing with guided breath work. The class people book when their back has been shouting for months.
I emailed about pausing a membership the night before a work trip. It was sorted by the time I landed the next morning. No back-and-forth, no cancellation form.
Rang the studio at 7:30am with a knee question before my first class. The person who picked up knew what to ask and I did not feel like I was bothering them.
Submitted the contact form on a Sunday not expecting a reply until Tuesday. Heard back Sunday evening with a spot held in the Wednesday yin class. That is not normal.
The studio runs classes from early morning until late evening on weekdays, with a shorter weekend timetable. Reception is staffed whenever a class is in session, so there is always somebody to ask.
