Casual Drop-In
Per single class
- One 60 or 75 minute vinyasa class
- Mat, block and strap use included
- No booking fee and no membership required
Good for visitors and people who come less than twice a month.
Every vinyasa class starts with ten minutes of guided breathing and joint work. From there we build through standing sequences, then slow down for hip openers and a long savasana. You will hear the same pose names week to week, so you stop translating and start feeling.
Most people arriving here have done yoga before and got hurt, or tried a YouTube series and felt lost. Our teachers teach transitions, not just poses, because that is where things usually go wrong. If your shoulder needs a different route into chaturanga, you will get it, quietly, without the whole class watching. We log 42 classes a week across three rooms and 9 teachers, and every teacher meets with a senior mentor once a month to review how their classes are running.
We are not a beginner bootcamp and we are not a handstand clinic. The classes sit in the middle, which is where most people actually live.
If you have not practised in two years the pace will feel familiar within a fortnight. Teachers offer shorter-range options for the first four weeks.
Every class includes targeted work for upper back and neck. Most of our members sit at screens for eight hours and the sequences are built around that.
Tuesday and Thursday evening flows focus on hips, hamstrings and calves. Expect a slower second half and a lot of time on the floor.
We keep vinyasa accessible through the second trimester with dedicated props and teacher guidance. Third trimester members usually move to our slower Yin timetable instead.
One price per fortnight, cancel whenever. Every vinyasa class on the timetable is included at every tier.

Ten classes, valid 16 weeks
Best for FIFO rosters and shift workers who cannot commit to a week.
We do not throw new members into the deep end. Here is the path most people walk through in their first six weeks.
Pick any 6:15am or 12:30pm session in your first week. Arrive fifteen minutes early and the front desk will walk you through the space.
Before class your teacher will ask about injuries, surgeries and what you do all day. That conversation shapes the options you get in class.
New members get a spot on the back row for their first three classes. Less pressure, better sightlines, easier to follow along.
In week two your teacher will offer a hands-on adjustment during a familiar pose. You can say no, and lots of people do for the first month.
By week four most members have settled into two or three sessions a week. We will help you find times that fit your commute.
At the six week mark you get a fifteen minute chat with the studio manager about how it is going and whether your membership still fits.
The things people email us about most often, answered in one place. If yours is not here, call the studio and someone will pick up.
Fill in the form and we will confirm your spot within one business day. If you would rather talk it through, call the studio between 7am and 8pm any weekday.
